Betsy Baker (supercentenarian)

Betsy Russell Baker was a Britishborn American supercentenarian. She was the first listed supercentenarian by the Guinness World Records as the worlds thenoldest person. In 2002, researchers confirmed she was the worlds oldest living person by modern verification standards for an unknown period of time prior to her death onOctober 1955.
